As we all know Japanese foods are much delicious & they have large varieties of foods in their cuisine, most of the foods are made with using Fish & Rice. Sushi is divide to few names such as “Nigiri sushi,Maki sushi,Oshi sushi” as the different ingredient it uses & the Sashimi make with raw fish or the seafood which is served with Wasabi(Spicy Japanese condiment) & it generally served with slice of Radish on the side of plate.

In Japan they have four main seasons which celebrate distinctively and through these seasons in japan they have over 100,000 festival and the events, so the Japan food items takes one of main place in these seasons focusing all the travelers & Common Japan population, they have huge market & customer attraction for Street foods both Sweets & spicy foods, when you walk through the Japan streets in festival season if you don't stops to taste the street foods in Japan it's a big mistake because their street foods are delicious and its a different experience, street foods has huge variety with different tastes which is selling for very convenient prices, these are few very famous street foods in Japan “Yakitori,Yakisoba,Imagawayaki,Ikayaki,Yaki imo,Choco Banana,Takoyaki,Shioyaki,Oden” and list goes on, they have streets mainly segmented for street foods in festival seasons surrounded by cooking steam & aroma.As a Japan is an Island surrounded by ocean it's an obvious that they have huge food range base on Seafood & fish, Vegetables also takes major place in Japanese cuisine to make things such as 'Salads, Miso soup,Ochazuke' etc.
Meat consumption is high in Japan specially Fish & pork & strictly veggie foods are rare in Japan as even Vegetarian foods are flavored with meat ingredients, Japan very common foods among its people are Noodles, Rice, Soups & tea & they have almost all the food varieties in their hotel industry as well the chefs, in an ancient Japan they started their day with raw fish, rice, bean & soups but for now its takes totally different attribute since during the decades of fast developing nature Japan went through it has caused to so many changes inside the country so does the foods but still their main meal is Rice & fish.
Japan has some foods categories which were adapted by other countries such as China, Korea & Europe as well the curries, Noodle etc. & other countries also has import & adapt Japanese foods, the dishes like 'Sushi' been adapted by Canada, US and other western countries.
Influenced with this increasing trend for Japanese food they have selected potential countries for Japanese food & launch their restaurants aboard in countries 'Taiwan, Honk Kong, China, Thailand' with the effort to expand market for Japanese Cuisine.
Even in USA & Canada they have restaurant only for 'Sushi' due to immense demand. This reveals that Japan not only famous for automobile industry but the market for its foods & culture.
