1. Scope of Agreement & Services
By accessing B&E Consultants services or submitting documents, you agree to comply with these Terms. B&E Consultants provides educational counseling, visa eligibility evaluation, and document verification.
2. Accuracy of Submitted Documents
Applicants are strictly required to provide authentic, unaltered documentation. Providing fraudulent documents results in immediate cancellation and reporting to authorities.
3. Tuition Payment Rules
All official tuition fees are payable directly to educational institutions in Japan ONLY after official COE issuance. B&E Consultants does NOT collect tuition fees prior to COE approval.
4. COE Disclaimer
While B&E Consultants maintains a 98.4% clearance rate, final visa issuance remains at the sole discretion of the Regional Immigration Services Bureau of Japan.
