1. Scope of Agreement & Services
By accessing B&E Consultants (Pvt) Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us") services, submitting documents, or registering on the Applicant Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. B&E Consultants provides educational counseling, visa eligibility evaluation, Japanese language academy placement, Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) guidance, and document verification for Sri Lankan applicants seeking study or career opportunities in Japan.
2. Accuracy of Submitted Documents
Applicants are strictly required to provide authentic, accurate, and unaltered documentation (Academic certificates, birth certificates, passports, financial bank balance statements, and employment proof). Providing fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate termination of consultation services and reporting to the Japanese Immigration Bureau and Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).
3. Financial Sponsorship & Tuition Payment Rules
All official tuition fees for Japanese Language Academies, Technical Universities, or Vocational Schools are payable **directly to the respective educational institutions in Japan** upon issuance of the official Certificate of Eligibility (COE) by Japanese Immigration. B&E Consultants does NOT collect tuition fees prior to COE approval.
4. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Disclaimer
While B&E Consultants maintains a 98%+ historical COE clearance rate, final visa issuance remains at the sole discretion of the Regional Immigration Services Bureau of Japan and the Embassy of Japan in Colombo. We do not guarantee visa issuance if applicant background or financial sponsorship verification fails.
