1. Information Collection

B&E Consultants collects personal data provided voluntarily by applicants during registration, consultation, or document submission. This includes full name, contact details, educational certificates, JLPT/NAT language test scores, passport copies, financial sponsorship proof, and target visa preferences.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is strictly processed for the following authorized purposes:

• Evaluation of eligibility for Japanese Language Academies, SSW, TITP, and Engineering Work Visas.
• Filing Certificate of Eligibility (COE) applications with the Japanese Immigration Services Bureau.
• Communication regarding application status, interview schedules, and document pre-checks.
• Compliance with regulations set by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or commercialize applicant personal data. Information is shared only with authorized partners strictly necessary to fulfill your visa application:

• Japanese Regional Immigration Services Bureau (Ministry of Justice, Japan).
• Partner Educational Academies and Employing Companies in Japan.
• Embassy of Japan in Sri Lanka / SLBFE regulatory bodies.

4. Data Security & Storage

All applicant data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and stored securely in ISO-certified data centers. Access is restricted to authorized B&E immigration counselors in Tokyo and Colombo.

5. Your Privacy Rights
